Benjamin Pluym,
Worship Team Coordinator 
Benjamin was born in Den Haag, the Netherlands, to a musical and adventurous family. While moving back and forth between the Netherlands and New Zealand twice, a love for traveling was birthed in him. The constant singing and harmonizing with his parents and 5 siblings laid the foundations for his passion for singing and worship. God stirred a desire in him to see the power of Jesus Christ manifest in the Church today, which led him to attend Faith School of Theology in 1998. The Christmas break of 1999 brought him to York, PA, where he met Ruth, the woman who would eventually become his wife – nine years later!
Benjamin’s journey took him from being Assistant Pastor on Long Island to being a missionary in India and a church planter in Sweden. When Ruth and he got engaged, they decided to settle in the United States. Now, Benjamin and Ruth are living in York, PA and they are blessed with their beautiful daughter, Hadassah.
As Worship Team Coordinator, Benjamin is responsible for everything pertaining to worship at Cityview.
